Smoking, animals and drugs are not permitted in our properties. These rules apply to all tenants and keep living together in the flat pleasant for everyone. Some properties also have outdoor parking spaces or spaces in an underground garage. These are usually not included in the monthly rent and can be rented separately, subject to availability.
Yes, at almost all of our properties registering the address as your official residence is straightforward. You can use the rental contract you receive from us directly for registering with the residents' services of Regensdorf.
