After that you can give notice with a period of 14 or 30 days, so you stay flexible if your situation changes.

You can choose between a notice period of 14 or 30 days – please let us know your preference before the contract is concluded. Notice is given to the middle or the end of a month. The tenancy cannot end between 1 December and 15 January. If your date falls within this period, the tenancy automatically ends on 15 January. Smoking, animals and drugs are not permitted in our properties. These rules apply to all tenants and keep living together in the flat pleasant for everyone. Some properties also have outdoor parking spaces or spaces in an underground garage. These are usually not included in the monthly rent and can be rented separately, subject to availability.

Yes, at almost all of our properties registering the address as your official residence is straightforward. You can use the rental contract you receive from us directly for registering with the residents’ registration office of the City of Winterthur.
