You can choose between a notice period of 14 or 30 days – please let us know your preference before the contract is concluded. Notice is given to the middle or the end of a month. The tenancy cannot end between 1 December and 15 January; if your date falls within this period, the tenancy automatically ends on 15 January. You can send the notice through the Apartment24 app or by registered post.
Smoking, animals and drugs are not permitted in our properties. These rules apply to all tenants. Some properties in Oberglatt also have parking spaces, which are usually not included in the monthly rent.
Yes, at almost all of our properties registering the address as your official residence is straightforward. You can use the rental contract you receive from us directly for registering with the residents' services of the municipality of Oberglatt. In the few exceptions we tell you transparently in the listing and before the contract is signed.
At many of our rooms you can register as a weekly resident. This is particularly relevant for commuters who work in Oberglatt or near Zurich and Winterthur during the week but keep their main residence in another municipality.
