Step 1 – Find a Furnished Room

On the homepage, you can use the convenient search form to select criteria such as availability, region, and price. Find your ideal furnished room in Switzerland today!

WhatsApp Contact

Personal Consultation on Site

We are also happy to advise you in person at our office in Regensdorf. Visit us between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM, and together we will find the perfect shared room for you.

Step 2 – Viewing

For your safety, as well as for the other roommates, we want to meet all tenants in person. Therefore, a viewing is mandatory.

In-Person Viewing

Once you have filled out the registration form, we will invite you to a viewing. Nina Fuchs, our rental expert, or someone from her team will show you the property and answer all your questions.

Video Viewing

For people coming from abroad, it can be difficult to attend in-person viewings. Therefore, we offer a video viewing. We will have a live video call with you and walk through the rental property together. This way, you can see exactly what you are renting, we can get to know each other, and you won’t need to travel far.

Step 3 – Lease Agreement

Using the link you received during the viewing, you can contact us to let us know that you are interested in the rental property.

Lease Agreement

If you are interested in the furnished room, you can use the link from your viewing appointment to express your interest. All we need is a photo of your ID – nothing else. No debt collection statement, no salary confirmation, no employer confirmation, etc. We will then send you the lease agreement. With this, you can officially register at the local authorities and confirm the room as your official residence.

Payment

After we have received the signed lease agreement from you, please transfer the rent and ensure the payment of the security deposit.

Step 4 – Move-in

Once you have signed the lease agreement, paid the rent, and secured the deposit, you can move in on the agreed-upon date.

Move-in

Depending on the availability of our staff, you will either receive the key during a personal handover or you can pick it up from a centrally located locker and move in independently.

Step 5 – Termination

You can terminate the lease at any time with 14 or 30 days notice. Please refer to your lease agreement for the exact notice period. The terms in the contract always apply.
