Yes, registration as an official residence is possible for almost all properties. In rare exceptions, we inform you clearly in the listing and before contract signing.
Is a viewing possible?
Yes, personal viewings are mandatory unless you are applying from abroad. If you can’t be there in person, contact us – we also offer video viewings.
I have debt collections – is that a problem?
No, we do not require a debt collection report. You can still apply even with entries.
What’s the notice period?
You can choose between a 14- or 30-day notice period. The standard is 30 days. Please inform us of your preference before signing the contract.
How do I dispose of waste in the city of Zurich?
In Zurich, you must use the official "Züri-Sack", which is subject to a fee and comes in various sizes (17l, 35l, 60l, 110l). It’s available at all major retailers. Collection takes place weekly on a fixed weekday. Other waste such as paper, glass, or PET must be disposed of separately at public collection points.
