You can choose between a notice period of 14 or 30 days – please let us know your preference before the contract is concluded. Notice is given to the middle or the end of a month. The tenancy cannot end between 1 December and 15 January. If your date falls within this period, the tenancy automatically ends on 15 January. Smoking, animals and drugs are not permitted in our properties. These rules apply to all tenants and keep living together in the flat pleasant for everyone.
