Can I move in today?
Yes, you can move in immediately once the rental contract is signed and both rent and deposit are paid, provided the room is available. We streamline the process for quick move-ins.
I’m a foreigner – what do I need?
Only a valid ID is required. We handle the residence permit check. Choose between on-site or video viewings for your convenience. No additional documents are needed to rent with us.
Can I register with the local municipality?
Yes, registration as an official residence is possible for almost all properties. In rare exceptions, we inform you clearly in the listing and before contract signing.
Is a viewing possible?
Yes, personal viewings are mandatory unless you are applying from abroad. If you can’t be there in person, contact us – we also offer video viewings.
I have debt collections – is that a problem?
No, we do not require a debt collection report. You can still apply even with entries.
What’s the notice period?
You can choose between a 14- or 30-day notice period. The standard is 30 days. Please inform us of your preference before signing the contract.
