Viewing and Application

  1. Browse the listings on apartment24.ch to find a suitable rental property. Check whether the location and price fit your needs. If you can’t find a suitable room or need assistance, you can send a WhatsApp message or an email. Nina Fuchs and the Apartment24 team will personally assist you.
  2. Next, click “I’m interested” in the listing to fill out the application form.
    Afterwards, Nina Fuchs and her team will review your information and check whether the room is a good fit for you. For example, if you’re relatively young, we’ll make sure you’re not placed with already retired roommates.
  3. Then you can choose whether to attend the viewing in person or — if you’re abroad — join via video call.
  4. You’ll receive a link for the video or in-person viewing appointment. Once the viewing is over, you can use the same link to submit your application for the furnished room.
  5. After Nina Fuchs and her team have reviewed your application, you’ll usually receive the rental agreement within 60 minutes. Once rent and the security deposit have been paid, you can move in — even on the same day, if you wish.
