If you want to rent furnished accommodation for a limited time, you stay flexible with us: after that you can give notice with a period of 14 or 30 days.

The tenancy cannot end between 1 December and 15 January. If your date falls within this period, the tenancy automatically ends on 15 January. Yes, at almost all of our properties registering the address as your official residence is straightforward. You can use the rental contract you receive from us directly for registering with the residents’ services of the City of Uster. In the few exceptions we tell you transparently in the listing and before the contract is signed.

At many of our rooms you can register as a weekly resident. This is particularly relevant for people who work in Uster or Zurich during the week but keep their main residence in another municipality.
