You can choose between a notice period of 14 or 30 days – please let us know your preference before the contract is concluded. Notice is given to the middle or the end of a month. The tenancy cannot end between 1 December and 15 January. If your date falls within this period, the tenancy automatically ends on 15 January. With a sublet there should always be a written contract. It is also important that the main tenant has the consent of the property management or the landlord. The deposit should be handled correctly as well. In Switzerland a rental deposit is normally not paid into a private account but into a blocked rental deposit account at a Swiss bank. The usual amount is up to three monthly rents – at Apartment24 only one monthly rent is due.

Smoking, animals and drugs are not permitted in our properties. These rules apply to all tenants and keep living together in the flat pleasant for everyone. Some properties also have parking spaces. You can use the rental contract you receive from us directly for registering with the residents' services of the town of Lenzburg.
