After that you can give notice with a period of 14 or 30 days, so you stay flexible if your situation changes.
You can choose between a notice period of 14 or 30 days – please let us know your preference before the contract is concluded. Notice is given to the middle or the end of a month. The tenancy cannot end between 1 December and 15 January. If your date falls within this period, the tenancy automatically ends on 15 January. You can send the notice through the Apartment24 app or by registered post.
Smoking, animals and drugs are not permitted in our properties. These rules apply to all tenants and keep living together in the flat pleasant for everyone. Some properties also have outdoor parking spaces or spaces in an underground garage. These are usually not included in the monthly rent and can be rented separately, subject to availability.
Yes, at almost all of our properties registering the address as your official residence is straightforward. You can use the rental contract you receive from us directly for registering with the residents' services of the municipality of Wohlen. In the few exceptions we tell you transparently in the listing and before the contract is signed.
At many of our rooms you can register as a weekly resident. This is particularly relevant for people who work in Wohlen or the Freiamt during the week but keep their main residence in another municipality.
