We offer the fastest internet possible. This means that we check different providers and choose the fastest possible package. You have access to the most modern WiFi infrastructure in our rooms and apartments at all times.
All rooms and apartments that we rent are equipped with at least one modern LCD (if possible QLED) flat screen. Depending on the size of the rental property up to 50 inches. Utilities are all included as a flat rate in the rent. It also means that the replacement during the period of residence is free of charge, provided that the furniture has not been wilfully damaged. Our furniture specialists are on duty non stop to keep everything in good shape. We will gladly supply your own refrigerator or microwave free of charge upon request. Although some furniture is from IKEA© for practical reasons, we emphasize sustainable furniture sourcing. This means, for example, that we source the bed and mattress as well as the comforters and pillows from Swiss suppliers who produce sustainably (certified).
Occasionally, you may lose a key. Unlike other administrations, we have a free 24/7 on-call service to help you. After moving in, ask your manager and he will explain how to reach the on-call service. Unfortunately, the on-call service is not available in all regions. Therefore, ask in advance. The intervention of the technician is free of charge, the material damage must of course be paid.
Often our rooms and apartments are rented as a temporary solution, because one accepts a new job in a region and wants to rent his own apartment only after the probationary period or because one separates from the partner and wants a nice accommodation quickly. Since people often bring their own furniture, but there is not enough space, many tenants have to rent additional storage. With us it is different. We have free (included in the rent) storage space available for our tenants. So you can store your furniture (limited number m3) for free. This service is already included in the rent and is used by many tenants. Where your personal storage is located depends on the location of the room or apartment and the space required. Ask your property manager where you can store your furniture free of charge.
In the tenant we offer all residents a separate Heizöfeli and special winter blankets. This service is already included in the rent. Please ask the house manager.
We donate part of the rental income anonymously. We buy vouchers from grocery stores and send them to various social welfare offices so that they can be given to people in need. At Christmas we buy gift vouchers, which are distributed to families who may not be able to give their children a gift for Christmas. We do this anonymously, because we like to help and do not see our help as a PR campaign. As a tenant, you indirectly support people who may not be doing so well.
