Your Room

The modernly furnished room is furnished with a beautiful bed and high-quality mattress, fresh duvet cover, blanket and pillow. It also has a wardrobe, a table and chairs, a shelf, lamps, a modern LCD TV etc.. We also provide a High Speed-WiFi free of charge. Of course, you may bring your own furniture, but this does not reduce the rent.

Additional costs

All additional costs are included. That means: Electricity, water, heating are included. A High Speed-WiFi is also available. Waste bags and toilet paper have to be bought by yourself.

Roommate

You won't find the classic living community with us. You may meet the flatmates in the kitchen or in the hallway, but there is no living room. The residents are usually there to sleep and work during the day. People who live with us are looking for an inexpensive but beautiful and decent place to live.

Kitchen and bathroom

You share the modern and spacious kitchen with your flatmates. In the fridge there is room for your food. A baking oven and a microwave oven are also available. You also share the modern bathroom with your roommates. We attach great importance to cleanliness and order. For this reason, the kitchen and bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned by us once a week. We are happy to show you during a visit that we attach great importance to cleanliness and tidiness.

Location

Washing

A washing machine and a dryer are available to wash the clothes. After use the machines must be cleaned by you.

Parking space

Around the house there are several blue zone parking lots. You can buy a resident parking card at the local authority in order to park there without restrictions. There are only a few private parking spaces available. Ask us for more information. Public transport is only a few minutes away from the apartment.
