Apartment24 is more than just living, we help and support our tenants far more than you would expect from a normal management. That's why we offer our tenants training and coaching from extremely experienced instructors.

Are you looking for a new apartment and want to know how to have the best chance of getting one? This half-day course will teach you everything you need to know:
Part 1 - On which platforms you can find the right apartment.
Part 2 - How to get to a viewing appointment, what to look out for during the viewing and how best to conduct yourself.
Part 3 - How to write the application properly, what is involved, what mistakes to avoid.
Part 4 - How to get an apartment despite debt collection or lack of references.
Part 5 - What you don't have to reveal about yourself based on privacy laws.

The courses include easy to understand theory blocks, role plays as well as case studies. As an Apartment24 tenant, you have the option to attend each course as often as you like. People who are not Apartment24 tenants can also register for a fee of Fr. 680.00 per half day. The next courses will take place on the following dates:[currently all dates fully booked. Multimedia Course

The homes in which we live are increasingly networked: WLAN oven, control the shutter with your cell phone, stream Netflix or solve small problems yourself. In our course you will get the knowledge you need to get along in the modern world. Simply explained, with no prior technical knowledge.
Part 1- Why you should network with devices. What are the advantages but also disadvantages.
Part 2 - How to connect to different devices (WLAN 2.4 and 5 Ghz, Bluetooth).
Part 3 A - How to solve errors correctly, even if you have no prior technical knowledge. Basic knowledge.
Part 3 B- How to properly troubleshoot, even if you have no prior technical knowledge. Advanced Skills

The courses include easy to understand theory blocks, role plays as well as case studies. As an Apartment24 tenant, you have the option to attend each course as often as you like. People who are not Apartment24 tenants can also register for a fee of Fr. 1050.00 per day.
